Client information changes. You must tell us whenever the information we have about you changes. The Client will immediately advise BMO Xxxxxxx Xxxxx if any information provided in the Account Application, which forms part of this Investment Account Agreement, changes. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the Client acquires a controlling interest in or otherwise becomes an insider and/or a reporting insider of any reporting issuer. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the information provided in the Account Application (including Investment Policy Statements which form part of the Managed Account Agreement, if applicable) can be updated based on verbal instructions provided by the Client to the Client’s Investment Advisor.

  • Product Information EPIZYME recognizes that by reason of, inter alia, EISAI’s status as an exclusive licensee in the EISAI Territory under this Agreement, EISAI has an interest in EPIZYME’s retention in confidence of certain information of EPIZYME.
