Common use of Client Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Client Conflicts. If this Agreement is between Xxxxxxxx Advisors and related or joint clients (i.e. husband and wife, life partners, etc.), Xxxxxxxx Advisors’ services will be based upon the joint goals communicated by Client to Xxxxxxxx Advisors. Xxxxxxxx Advisors will be permitted to rely upon instructions from either party with respect to disposition of the Account, unless and until such reliance is revoked in writing to Xxxxxxxx Advisors. Xxxxxxxx Advisors will not be responsible for any claims or damages resulting from such reliance or from any change in the status of the relationship between the clients.
