SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Services not set forth in this Article 3 are Supplemental or Additional Services.
Early and Safe Return to Work The Hospital and the Union both recognize their obligations in facilitating the early and safe return to work of disabled employees. The Hospital and the Union agree that ongoing and timely communication by all participants in this process is essential to the success of the process.
Scope and Application This Appendix will apply to all work undertaken within the Employer’s Workshop(s) by employees mainly engaged at the Workshop.
Scope of Use The Fund will use the System and the Data Access Services only for the processing of securities transactions, the keeping of books of account for the Fund and accessing data for purposes of reporting and analysis. The Fund shall not, and shall cause its employees and agents not to (i) permit any unauthorized third party to use the System or the Data Access Services, (ii) sell, rent, license or otherwise use the System or the Data Access Services in the operation of a service bureau or for any purpose other than as expressly authorized under this Addendum, (iii) use the System or the Data Access Services for any fund, trust or other investment vehicle), other than as set forth herein, without the prior written consent of State Street, (iv) allow access to the System or the Data Access Services through terminals or any other computer or telecommunications facilities located outside the Designated Locations, (v) allow or cause any information (other than portfolio holdings, valuations of portfolio holdings, and other information reasonably necessary for the management or distribution of the assets of the Fund) transmitted from State Street’s databases, including data from third party sources, available through use of the System or the Data Access Services to be redistributed or retransmitted to another computer, terminal or other device for other than use for or on behalf of the Fund or (vi) modify the System in any way, including without limitation developing any software for or attaching any devices or computer programs to any equipment, system, software or database which forms a part of or is resident on the Designated Configuration.
Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.
Consent to Emails and Automated Text Messages By participating as a User, you represent that you are the owner of the email address, mobile phone number, and/or other alias you enrolled, or that you have the delegated legal authority to act on behalf of the owner of such email address, mobile phone number and/or other alias to send or receive money as described in this Agreement. You consent to the receipt of emails or text messages from us, from Zelle, from other Users that are sending you money or requesting money from you, and from other Network Banks or their agents regarding the Services or related transfers between Network Banks and you. You agree that we may, Zelle may or either of our agents may use automatic telephone dialing systems in connection with text messages sent to any mobile phone number you enroll. DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.
