Clerk of works. 5.5.2 The Professional Service Provider shall ensure that a Construction administration and co-ordination is conducted by the Resident Engineer and the construction monitoring will be for all relevant contract administration work.
Clerk of works. 10.1 The Employer shall be entitled to appoint a Clerk of Works whose primary duty shall be to act as inspector of the Works on behalf of the Employer under the direction of the Architect. The Contractor shall afford every reasonable facility for the performance of that duty.
