Clerical and Technical. Educational and Facilitator; and Noon Hour Assistants For an employeeto move between the Office, Clerical and Technical grouping and the Educational Assistant, and Facilitator grouping through the posting procedures, the displacement procedures or the recall procedures set out in this Collective Agreement between the parties, an employee must: have the educational “paper” qualifications set out in the posting for the position; or have worked in the desired occupational grouping for a minimum of one (1) school year within the last five (5) years and have the qualifications, knowledge for the position. Employees who move between occupational groupings via the posting process shall be subject to the posting provisions of this Collective Agreement. This letter is attached to and forms part of this Collective Agreement.   • Research, Science and Technology Cooperation 1. The aims of cooperation in research, science and technology, carried out in the mutual interest of the Parties and in compliance with their policies, will be: (a) to build on existing agreements already in place for cooperation on research, science and technology; (b) to encourage, where appropriate, government agencies, research institutions, universities, private companies and other research organizations in the Parties to conclude direct arrangements in support of cooperative activities, programs or projects within the framework of this Agreement, specially related to trade and commerce; and (c) to focus cooperative activities towards sectors where mutual and complementary interests exist, with special emphasis on information and communication technologies and software development to facilitate trade between the Parties. 2. The Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities including, but not limited to:

  • Technical 15 - Foreign Affairs Training for professional skills of a specialized nature in the methods and techniques of such fields as foreign languages, foreign culture, intelligence (foreign affairs/intelligence), diplomacy, or strategic studies. Technical

  • Management of Special and Technical Environment Each certificated support person demonstrates an acceptable level of performance in managing and organizing the special materials, equipment and environment essential to the specialized programs.

  • Information and Technical Advice At the request of a Party, or upon its own initiative, the arbitration panel may obtain information from any source, including the Parties involved in the dispute, which it deems appropriate for the arbitration procedure. The arbitration panel also has the right to seek the opinion of experts as it deems appropriate. Any information obtained in this manner must be disclosed to each of the Parties and submitted for their comments. Interested parties are authorised to submit amicus curiae briefs to the arbitration panel in accordance with the rules of procedure.

  • EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING 1. The State agrees to provide advice and counseling to employees with respect to career advancement opportunities and agency developments which have an impact on their careers.

  • Technical Safeguards 1. USAC and the Department will process the data matched and any data created by the match under the immediate supervision and control of authorized personnel to protect the confidentiality of the data, so unauthorized persons cannot retrieve any data by computer, remote terminal, or other means.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Geological and Archeological Specimens If, during the execution of the Work, the Contractor, any Subcontractor, or any servant, employee, or agent of either should uncover any valuable material or materials, such as, but not limited to, treasure trove, geological specimens, archival material, archeological specimens, or ore, the Contractor acknowledges that title to the foregoing is vested in the Owner. The Contractor shall notify the Owner upon the discovery of any of the foregoing, shall take reasonable steps to safeguard it, and seek further instruction from the Design Professional. Any additional cost incurred by the Contractor shall be addressed under the provision for changed conditions. The Contractor agrees that the Geological and Water Resources Division and the Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources may inspect the Work at reasonable times.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager.
