Payment Limited to Satisfactory Services Contractor is not entitled to any payments from City until [insert name of department] approves Services, including any furnished Deliverables, as satisfying all of the requirements of this Agreement. Payments to Contractor by City shall not excuse Contractor from its obligation to replace unsatisfactory Deliverables, including equipment, components, materials, or Services even if the unsatisfactory character of such Deliverables, equipment, components, materials, or Services may not have been apparent or detected at the time such payment was made. Deliverables, equipment, components, materials and Services that do not conform to the requirements of this Agreement may be rejected by City and in such case must be replaced by Contractor without delay at no cost to the City.

Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.
International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.
