Clearing Systems. In delivering any Global Note or Global Certificate in accordance with Clause 3.4.1 (Delivery of Certificates and Global Notes), the Issuing and Paying Agent shall (i) inform the relevant clearing systems whether or not such Global Note or Global Certificate (as the case may be) is intended to be held in a manner which would allow Eurosystem eligibility, provided that the Notes are issued in NGN form or held under the NSS (as the case may be) and it has received a letter from the Issuer substantially in the form set out at Schedule 7, and (ii) give instructions to the relevant clearing system to hold the Notes represented by it to the order of the Issuing and Paying Agent pending transfer to the securities account(s) referred to in Clause 3.4.1 (
