Clearing of Record. Letters of reprimand, suspension or other sanction will be removed from an Employee’s personnel file following a discipline free period of twenty-four (24) months, except in the case of incidents involving third party interface e.g. residents and family, where the record will remain on file.

Clearing of Record. Letters of reprimand, reprimand and suspension or other sanction will be removed from an Employee’s employee's personnel file in sixteen (16) months following a receipt provided that the employee's record has been discipline free period for the said sixteen (16) month period, except in the cases of incidents involving resident abuse, and where the allegation is not resolved between the parties or overturned by an arbitrator where the record will remain on file for twenty-four (24) months, except in months provided that the case of incidents involving third party interface e.g. residents and family, where employee's record has been discipline free for the record will remain on filesaid twenty-four (24) month period.
