Common use of CLEANING UP Clause in Contracts

CLEANING UP. 6.17.1 Developer shall provide all services, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for protecting and securing the Work, all school occupants, furnishings, equipment, and building structure from damage until its completion and final acceptance by District. Dust barriers shall be provided to isolate dust and dirt from construction operations. At completion of the Work and portions thereof, Developer shall clean to the original state any areas beyond the Work area that become dust laden as a result of the Work. Developer must erect the necessary warning signs and barricades to ensure the safety of all school occupants. Developer at all times must maintain good housekeeping practices to reduce the risk of fire damage and must make a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and/or fire watch, as applicable, available at each location where cutting, braising, soldering, and/or welding is being performed or where there is an increased risk of fire.
