CLEANING UP. The Contractor shall keep the building and premises free from all surplus material, waste material, dirt and rubbish caused by employees or Work, and at the completion of the Work shall remove all such surplus material, waste material, dirt, and rubbish, as well as all tools, equipment and scaffolding, and shall wash and clean all window glass and plumbing fixtures, perform cleanup and cleaning required by the Specifications and leave all of the Work clean unless more exact requirements are specified.
