Common use of Cleaning Fee Clause in Contracts

Cleaning Fee. Tenant hereby agrees to accept the property in its present state of cleanliness. They agree to return the property in the same condition or better, or pay a minimum $250 cleaning fee to cover Landlord costs for having the property professionally cleaned. If the Landlord notifies Tenant to clean up the property at any time, and the Tenant neglects to do so, the Landlord will charge the Tenant a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
