Clean-Up Days. 5.19.1 At least twice per year throughout the term of this Agreement, Franchisee shall provide, in addition to regularly scheduled service, two (2) clean-up events pursuant to guidelines established by Franchisee and approved by County, for solid waste placed at the curb by single family dwelling units and at pre-arranged locations for multi-family residential properties in addition to each customer’s normal collection service. The dates for each event shall be proposed by Franchisee and approved by the Director prior to September first of each year.

Clean-Up Days. Each year throughout the term of this Agreement for a one-day period in the spring and a one-day period in the fall, Franchisee shall collect, on a designated day, at no additional charge to customers or District all solid wastes delivered to designated sites located within the District, pursuant to rules as mutually agreed by the parties. Said clean up days shall be established annually as mutually agreed by the parties. Franchisee shall prepare related public education materials and arrange for publication or broadcasting said materials. Franchisee shall pay all advertising costs for said week.

Related to Clean-Up Days

  • Clean-up Time Employees shall be allowed reasonable time during the workday or shift for clean-up purposes.

  • CLEAN UP Debris shall be regularly removed from the Site. The Site shall be free of any and all debris at all times when the Work is not actually being performed. Upon completion of the Work, all debris and containers shall be removed and the Site left clean.

  • Cleanup Time Whenever a job being performed or the material or equipment being used has caused an employee to become dirty, the employee shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time, without loss of pay, prior to any meal period or prior to the completion of their workday to clean themselves. Time for cleaning equipment shall be considered as part of the employee’s workday.

  • DEBRIS Contractor shall be responsible for the prompt removal of all debris which is a result of this contractual service.

  • Cleanup Awarded vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by TIPS Member. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition.

  • Remediation The Charter School shall provide remediation in required cases pursuant to State Board of Education Rule 160-4-5-.01 and No Child Left Behind, subject to any amendment, waiver or reauthorization thereof

  • Return or Destruction (a) As requested by the Furnishing Party during the Agreement Term, the Receiving Party will return or provide the Furnishing Party a copy of any designated Confidential Information of the Furnishing Party.

  • Leave Loading 10.2 The employer and the individual employee must have genuinely made the agreement without coercion or duress.

  • Clean Air A. The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 et seq . The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the FCRTA and understands and agrees that the FCRTA will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.

  • Groundwater The groundwater shall not be degraded as a result of the waste maintained at the facility.
