Clean Restrooms. Sinks, Toilets, Urinals, Exposed Plumbing – Contractor shall use a germicidal detergent, a clean sponge, abrasive pad, toilet bowl mop, clean cloth and cleanser to completely clean and disinfect all exposed surfaces of sinks, toilets, urinals and exposed plumbing. All cleaning products used by Contractor must comply with the provisions of Conn. Gen.

Clean Restrooms. Contractor shall maintain restrooms in a clean, disinfected, and sanitized manner using cleaning agents and/or disinfectants that are pre- approved by the City. Restrooms shall be scrubbed using anti-bacterial/anti-fungal cleaner. Walls, wall partitions, flooring, floor seams, cracks, grout, wainscoting, etc., and fixtures including sinks, toilets, urinals, water closets, and lavatories shall be washed/scrubbed with quality materials using techniques which will remove and prevent soil buildup, formation or encrustation, or stains, under lids, ledges, xxxxx or rims. All metal fixtures and hand grab rails will be cleaned. Tile grout shall be cleaned and scrubbed to maintain clean appearance. Toilet stall partitions and door locks will be inspected and cleaned daily on both sides of the panels. Special attention will be given to the countertops to ensure its cleanliness. Entry door and stall door frames will be cleaned, with special emphasis around the hinges. The term “clean” as used here will mean that no dirt, dust, lint, stains, spots, grease, molds or odors can be detected on areas including floors, walls, partitions, ledges, trim, doors, moldings or fixtures within the restroom.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Common Areas Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use in common with other tenants in the Project, and subject to the Rules and Regulations referred to in Article 5 of this Lease, those portions of the Project which are provided, from time to time, for use in common by Landlord, Tenant and any other tenants of the Project (such areas, together with such other portions of the Project designated by Landlord, in its discretion, including certain areas designated for the exclusive use of certain tenants, or to be shared by Landlord and certain tenants, are collectively referred to herein as the “Common Areas”). The Common Areas shall consist of the “Project Common Areas” and the “Building Common Areas.” The term “Project Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such by Landlord or areas within the Project that the occupants of the Building are permitted to utilize pursuant to a recorded declaration and which areas shall be maintained in accordance with the declaration. The term “Building Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within the Building reasonably designated as such by Landlord. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be at the reasonable discretion of Landlord and the use thereof shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations as Landlord may make from time to time. Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

  • Landscaping Maintaining, tending and cultivating and (as necessary) re-stocking any garden or grassed areas including replacing plants, shrubs and trees as necessary.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Bathrooms Record the number of bathrooms found on the concerned premises. (7) Common Areas. Furnish the number of common or communal areas available to the Roommates on the premises.
