Clean Premises. Tenant shall keep the Premises clean and free of debris and shall store garbage in a covered metal container.
Clean Premises. Licensee agrees to clean at Licensee’s expense, the designated carnival area and dispose of all refuse within twenty-four (24) hours of the close of the fair and to repair all damage to such area and restore it to the same condition as originally found. Additionally, during the period which the fair is operating, Licensee shall observe good housekeeping practices and keep the area provided for operation of its facilities and those of its subcontractors and sub-Licensees neat and clean at all times so that they will be in a presentable condition as will be deemed reasonably satisfactory to the Fairgrounds Administration. All refuse shall be placed in containers to be provided by the County, with the County to assume the expense of transportation for disposal of such waste at an approved landfill site. Any failure to comply gives the County authority to restore and clean the premises at Licensee’s expense.
Clean Premises. Maintaining cleanliness of a house is the responsibility of tenant(s), regardless if they are occupying house; particularly during breaks, summer, etc…
Clean Premises. The Design-Builder shall leave all glass, plumbing fixtures, equipment, tile, paint and the Sites in clean, perfect and undamaged condition; all buildings, structures, and pavements used by Design-Builder shall be left broom clean and all debris shall be removed and disposed of by Design-Builder, and all Design-Builder's tools and equipment shall be removed from the premises, before acceptance of the Work by the City.
Clean Premises. At the expense of the Licensee, premises shall be maintained including but not limited to the removal of nuisances, trash, litter, debris and overgrown vegetation at all times. Licensee shall, upon written demand by Agency, remedy any maintenance issues. Failure of Licensee to remedy the maintenance issues within five (5) business days of receipt of the written notification from Agency shall result in an automatic termination and revocation of the License granted under this Agreement.

Any failure to comply gives the FAIR authority to restore and clean the premises at LICENSEE’s expense.
Clean Premises. The Contractor shall upon the completion of the work remove all temporary structures and clear away all rubbish and surplus and waste materials remaining on or about the works, and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition satisfactory to the County.
Clean Premises. The Contractor shall leave all floors, glass, equipment, tile, paint, and premises in clean, perfect, and undamaged condition. As necessary, equipment will be protected with plastic tarps where work is being performed. All Contractors’ tools and equipment shall be removed from the premises, before acceptance of the work by the City.
Clean Premises. Landlord at its sole cost and expense shall keep the sidewalks in front of the Premises as well as the Building free from obstructions of any and all nature, shall promptly remove all snow and ice from said sidewalks, shall provide suitable receptacles for trash and refuse, and shall promptly remove or cause to be removed from the Building all accumulations of snow, trash and refuse. In the event Landlord fails to perform any of said covenants contained in this paragraph, then and in that event, Tenant, at its option, may cause the work provided for herein to be performed at the cost and expense of Landlord, who agrees to reimburse Tenant promptly for any casts so incurred.
Clean Premises. The Operator shall leave all floors, glass, equipment, tile, paint, and Premises in a clean and undamaged pre-existing condition. As necessary, all equipment shall be protected as required where work is being performed. All Operators’ tools and equipment used in the performance of this Improvement Agreement shall be removed from the Premises, before acceptance of the work by City.
