Common use of Clean Air Clause in Contracts

Clean Air. (1) Contractor shall comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations pursuant to the Clean Air Act, 42 USC 7401 et seq. Contractor shall report each violation to the recipient and understands and agrees that the recipient will, in turn, report each violation as required to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.

Clean Air. (1) . The Contractor shall agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 USC §§7401 et seq. The Contractor shall agrees to report each violation to the recipient Purchaser and understands and agrees that the recipient Purchaser will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.
