Supplier acknowledges the requirement to report any violations with the funding Federal agency and to the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and agrees to notify the UofL affiliated entity of any such violations.

  • ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY AND HEALTH PROTECTION (a) Seller shall perform this Agreement in a manner that ensures adequate protection for workers, the public, and the environment, and shall be accountable for actions of itself and its lower-tier subcontractors, agents and employees. Seller shall exercise a degree of care commensurate with the work and the associated hazards. Seller shall ensure that management of environment, safety and health (ES&H) functions and activities is an integral and visible part of Seller’s work planning and execution process.   • SAFETY AND HEALTH 20.1 The Employer, employee and Union have a significant responsibility for workplace safety and health.

  • Occupational Health and Safety Act The Employer, the Union and the employees agree to be bound by the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, S.N.S. 1996, c.7.
