Common use of Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act Clause in Contracts

Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act. As a condition for receipt of federal awards, the Contractor agrees to comply with the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7401 et seq. and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, 33 U.S.C § 1251 et seq., as those sections are amended from time to time during the term. Violations must be reported to the FEMA and the Region 4 Office of the Environmental Protection Agency.
