Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act. To the extent this Agreement is in excess of $150,000, Local Health Department agrees at all times during the term of this Agreement to comply with and abide by the standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, codified at 42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq. and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act codified at 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq. Local Health Department further agrees to report any violations of the foregoing to HELUNA HEALTH and the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency.
