Clean Air. A. The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 et seq . The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the FCRTA and understands and agrees that the FCRTA will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.

Clean Air. (A) The CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 et seq. The CONTRACTOR agrees to report each violation to the COMMISSION and understands and agrees that the COMMISSION will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.

The Contractor agrees it will not use any violating facilities. It will report the use of facilities placed on or likely to be placed on the U.S. EPA “List of Violating Facilities”. The Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $150,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance.

The Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $50,000 financed in whole or in part with federal assistance provided by the FRA.
Clean Air. The Grantee agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 USC 7401 et seq. The Grantee shall ensure that its contractor will report each violation to the Grantee. The Grantee will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. The Grantee also agrees to include these requirements in each contract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA. It is further agreed that the clause shall not be modified, except to identify the subcontractor who will be subject to its provisions.
