Reference to England and Wales in Working Days definition within Schedule 6 shall be replaced with Scotland. References to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 shall be removed in Clause CO-17.1. Reference to the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 within definition for FOIA in Schedule 6 – Definitions to be replaced with Freedom of Information (Scotland) Xxx 0000. Reference to the Supply of Goods and Services Xxx 0000 shall be removed in Clause CO-11.2.3.
