CLAUSE TWO. The Employer shall provide the Employee with the following additional allowances payable in equal instalments in arrears on a monthly basis together with the Basic Salary. CLAUSE TWO. 2.1 Item 1.1, Clause One, of the agreement amended hereby shall become effective as of the execution hereof with the following wording:

CLAUSE TWO. The STATE and COPEL consolidate the reimbursement amount in one billion, three hundred, ninety-one million, two hundred, eighty-five thousand, one hundred, fifty-four Reais and twenty-four cents (R$ 1,391,285,154.24), referring to 03.31.2016.
CLAUSE TWO. The purpose of this amendment is to increase the rental value previously provided for in the preamble, from five thousand reais (R $5,000.00) to six thousand, eight hundred and twenty five reais (R $6,825.00), and item “F” shall become effective with the following wording:
CLAUSE TWO. This Note shall be in effect for fifty eight (58) months, from the effective date of signature of this amendment to the Note, compliant with the following schedule of payment and amortization:
CLAUSE TWO. DEFINITIONS VU-M: TIM SUL SMP Network charges, in Reals (R$) per minute. VC1: Maximum communication charge approved by ANATEL for BRASIL TELECOM, applied to Fixed Line -Mobile telecommunication, when the secondary registration area, identified by the first two digits of the Fixed Line Switched Service Subscriber National Code, is the Secondary Registration area itself, associated to the Registration Area (under agreement) of the Personal Communications Service Subscriber. VC2: Maximum communication charge approved by Anatel for BRASIL TELECOM, applied to Fixed Line -Mobile telecommunication, when the primary registration area of the Fixed Line Switched Service Subscriber, identified by the first digit of the National Code, is the same Primary Registration area, associated to the Registration Area (under agreement) of the Personal Communications Service Subscriber, and VC1 is not applicable. VC3: Maximum communication charge approved by ANATEL for BRASIL TELECOM, applied to Fixed Line -Mobile communication, when the switched Primary Registration Area of the Fixed Line Service Subscriber is different from the primary registration area, associated to the Registration Area (under agreement) of the Personal Communications Service Subscriber.
CLAUSE TWO. QUALITY: The typical quality of the oil to be purchased shall have the following specifications: Minimum API gravity 18° API, 0.5% of BS&W and less than 1% sulfur content, with the specifications indicated in Attachment A to this Contract, which forms a part of it.
CLAUSE TWO. INTEREST CAPITALIZATION. As set forth in Clause One hereof, on April nine, two thousand nineteen, the Debtor and the Creditor agreed to capitalize part of the interest accrued on the Loan, according to the following details: /Two.One/ Disbursements documented in Promissory Notes. /i/ one million one hundred seventy-five thousand fifty point seventy-three Dollars corresponding to the total interest accrued from the Second Disbursement, which as of April nine, two thousand nineteen increased the principal owed by the same amount. Consequently, as of said date, the capital owed under the Second Disbursement amounts to the sum of twenty-two million six hundred thirty-five thousand nine hundred thirty-two point fifty-five Dollars, accruing as of Notary’s Office Eduardo Avello Concha Orrego Luco 0153, Providencia Phones: 3342213 - 2317183 Att. Carolina Molina said date on the capital thereby increased the interest at the Interest Rate agreed in the respective Promissory Note that documents it. /ii/ eleven million three hundred seventy-four thousand five hundred ninety point thirty-five Dollars corresponding to the total interest accrued from the Third Disbursement, which as of the April nine, two thousand nineteen increased the principal owed by the same amount. Consequently, as of said date, the capital owed under the Third Disbursement amounts to the sum of two hundred nineteen million one hundred seventeen thousand seven hundred thirty-nine point fifteen Dollars, accruing as of said date on the capital thereby increased the interest at the Interest Rate agreed in the respective Promissory Note that documents it. /iii/ thirteen million seventy-four thousand six hundred thirty-two point sixty-four Dollars corresponding to the total interest accrued from the Fourth Disbursement, which as of April nine, two thousand nineteen increased the principal owed by the same amount. Consequently, as of said date, the capital owed under the Fourth Disbursement amounts to the sum of two hundred fifty-one million eight hundred sixty-six thousand nine hundred ninety-nine point eighty-nine Dollars, accruing as of said date on the capital thereby increased the interest at the Interest Rate agreed in the respective Promissory Note that documents it. /iv/ two million two hundred twenty-three thousand nine hundred twenty-eight point ninety Dollars corresponding to the total interest accrued from the Fifth Disbursement, which as of April nine, two thousand nineteen increased the pri...
