Common use of Clause 16 Clause in Contracts

Clause 16. 1 (Annual Statements) to Clause 16.8 (Other Financial Information), Clause 16.10 (General Information) or Clause 16.12 (Acquisition Information), if the failure to comply with such is remedied within five Business Days of the Agent giving notice thereof to the Group Representative; and
