Common use of Clause 13 Clause in Contracts

Clause 13. 2.1 shall not apply in connection with any Excluded Project, provided that, unless Golar otherwise agrees in writing, the Schlumberger Group, in contemplating or carrying out such Excluded Project, is not involved in any incorporated or unincorporated joint venture with a Defined Competitor of Golar.
