Classroom Visitations. To provide opportunities to visit the classroom with the least interruption to the teaching process, the following guidelines are set forth:
Classroom Visitations. A. The District recognizes the desirability for patrons of the District to be familiar with the total educational program. It further recognizes that frequent or unannounced interruptions to the classroom can be detrimental to the educational process. To provide patrons the opportunity to visit classrooms with the least interruption to the teaching process, the following guidelines are set forth:
Classroom Visitations. During the first semester of a term appointment, a classroom visit shall occur for the purpose of instructional improvement. During the second semester of a term appointment, a classroom visit shall occur, the results of which are to be considered by Western in determining subsequent appointment.
Classroom Visitations. Release time for classroom visitation may be granted but must be arranged 3 with the principal and approved by the Building Principal.
Classroom Visitations. The Toledo School Board welcomes and urges citizens to visit the schools and to discuss the instructional program with staff members. Visitors shall receive approval from the principal or his/her designee before entering and observing classes. To provide patrons of the district the opportunity to visit classrooms with the least interruption to the teaching process, the following procedure must be followed:
Classroom Visitations. 2-4-1 Each full-time employee may be granted up to 2 days each year to observe other in-district or out-of-district programs when prior approval is granted by the appropriate building principal up to the limitations of Section 2-4-2.

Classroom Visitations. In order to establish and maintain a professional teaching and learning atmosphere, classroom visitations by non-certified, non-school personnel will be formatted as follows:
Classroom Visitations. Additional visits to the classroom may be conducted when there is a need for classroom evaluation of materials, equipment or instructional methods. In such instances, the administrator or supervisor shall first arrange with the teacher as to the date, time and other conditions appropriate for making such visit. These visitations shall not be utilized to judge the performance of the teacher.
