Classroom Adjustment Committee. The Classroom Adjustment Committee will be set up as needed during the school year and will consist of the President and Vice-President of the Three Rivers Education Association, the teacher involved, one other teacher from the teacher’s grade level or department, the principal involved and one other administrator, and the Superintendent or his/her designee. The Committee will consult with the teacher, investigate and study the situation and make every possible effort to make adjustments to that teacher’s satisfaction. The Committee’s decision, however, will not be subject to the Grievance Procedure beyond the Superintendent’s level.
