Classified In-Service Training. The Federation and the District shall mutually agree on location, day, time and topic for classified in-service training. The training will be offered twice a day, once per semester, at each college during normal working hours not to exceed ninety (90) minutes. Employees covered by this Agreement shall be released to attend one of these in-service training sessions per semester.

  • In-Service Training The District may require an assigned Therapist, at his/her own expense, to attend training deemed by the District to be necessary for performing professional services.

  • DEPENDENT CARE REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT During the term of this MOU, Management agrees to maintain a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA), qualified under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, for active employees who are members of LACERS, provided that sufficient enrollment is maintained to continue to make the account available. Enrollment in the DCRA is at the discretion of each employee. All contributions into the DCRA and related administrative fees shall be paid by employees who are enrolled in the plan. As a qualified Section 129 Plan, the DCRA shall be administered according to the rules and regulations specified for such plans by the Internal Revenue Service.

  • Contractual and Operational Compliance Audits (a) ICANN may from time to time (not to exceed twice per calendar year) conduct, or engage a third party to conduct, contractual compliance audits to assess compliance by Registry Operator with its representations and warranties contained in Article 1 of this Agreement and its covenants contained in Article 2 of this Agreement.
