CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES. Classifications of employees shall be as follows with said classifications to be listed on respective job descriptions.

CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES. ACSET shall determine the classification and salary range for each employee or any classifications established during the term of this Agreement. ACSET shall notify the appropriate unit president of the establishment of new bargaining unit classifications. The compensation ranges and their respective classifications are attached as Appendix A and incorporated herein as part of this Agreement. These rates are the straight-time regular rates of pay for the respective classes. Each range is composed of steps: Step 1 is the hiring minimum for the class and Step 2 is the minimum rate of pay for nonprobationary employees in the class. Movement by employees to Steps 3 and above is only upon recommendation of the employee's division head in accordance with the results of the employee's annual summary performance evaluation. "Red-circled" employees are those employees whose rates of pay are in excess of the maximums of the ranges of the classes to which they are appointed. Except as agreed otherwise, red-circled employees shall not receive any portion of any pay adjustment which would cause them to continue to be paid at rates above newly adjusted maximums of the ranges to which they are assigned.

CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES. Subject to his/her length of seniority and the provisions of Article 4.5, a full-time non-maintenance employee will be paid a calculated rate based on the job classifications set out below when he/she becomes qualified.
CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES. Listed in Appendix “A” and incorporated herein are the straight-time regular rates of pay for the respective work classifications. Appendix “A” also sets forth provisions for subsequent adjustments in rates of pay and additional economic benefits agreed upon by the parties.
