Classification Description. Severity Level 1 (Critical) ● Service is at a standstill – the SSLP Group Ltd System is unavailable ● Inability to send secure emails ● Issues with a third-party supplier (critical to processing) Severity Level 2 (Serious) • Services are significantly impaired and key business processes, such as ability to send secure emails and payslips cannot be conducted without significant delay, but systems are still available • Inability to process emails/payslips for a short period or for a section of Client base • Internal email or telephone systems are unavailable Severity Level 3 (Moderate) • Other services such as support or customisations cannot be carried out without significant delay, but all systems are operational. • Issues with a third-party supplier (non-critical) Severity Level 4 (Minor) • Integration and test/development system issues, minor incidents and enquiries • Queries regarding accounts or problems to access • Cosmetic impact if in relation to Client customisation The target time for SSLP Group Ltd to respond to all faults is outlined in Table 2, the target time being from fault notification by Client or SSLP Group Ltd. SSLP Group Ltd will update the Client at the target interval indicated until a solution is found. Classification Description. Pharmacist A Pharmacist is an Employee who holds an appropriate Bachelor of Pharmacy and general registration as a Pharmacist by XXXXX and is employed and practising as a Pharmacist within a hospital dispensary. A Pharmacist’s areas of responsibility or focus at all grades may include: (i) General dispensing of medications and Dispensary/Pharmacy management (ii) Xxxx-based clinical pharmacy support and professional pharmacy guidance (iii) Manufacturing/compounding and oncology services (iv) Support and guidance to more junior pharmacy team members. Intern Pharmacist An Intern Pharmacist is an Employee who: (i) Has satisfied the examination requirements of an accredited course of study leading to registration as a pharmacist; and (ii) Holds provisional registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Regulation Agency (XXXXX); and (iii) Is completing a Pharmacy Board of Australia (Board) accredited intern training program (ITP) during their supervised practice period; and (iv) Is completing a period of supervised practice (internship) which has been approved by the Board during their provisional registration; and (v) Is not yet eligible for General Registration as a Pharmacist with XXXXX. Pharmacist Grade 1 A Pharmacist Grade 1 works under the general direction and support of more experienced Pharmacist(s), which may include but are not limited to, the Pharmacy Area Manager or Pharmacy Operations Manager, who may not always be working at the site. Work is initially performed with professional support by a more experienced professional however, this support is expected to reduce as post registration hospital pharmacy experience increases. An experienced Pharmacist Grade 1 can contribute to outcomes requiring multi-disciplinary team input and assist with complex problem solving either independently or under the guidance of more experienced Pharmacists if required. Pharmacist Grade 2 A Pharmacist Grade 2 would usually have four years of full-time post-registration experience as a hospital dispensary Pharmacist or Pharmacist who has worked in a recognised equivalent clinical health services facility or setting.
