Common use of Classes of Shares Clause in Contracts

Classes of Shares. The Trustees may, in their discretion, authorize the division of Shares of the Trust (or any series of the Trust) into one or more classes, the number and relative rights, privileges and preferences of which shall be established and designated by the Trustees, in their discretion, in accordance with the terms of the 1940 Act. The number of Shares of each class that may be issued is unlimited, and the Trustees may classify or reclassify any Shares of any class, including outstanding Shares, into one or more classes that may be established and designated from time to time. All Shares of a class shall be identical with each other and with the Shares of each other class of the Trust or the same series of the Trust (as applicable), except for such variations between classes as may be approved by the Trustees and not prohibited by the 1940 Act.
