Classes of Shares. The Board of Trustees has the power, without shareholder approval, to divide unissued shares of the Fund into two or more classes. The Board has done so, and the Fund currently has three classes of shares, Class A, Class B and Class C. All classes invest in the same investment portfolio. ohas its own dividends and distributions, opays certain expenses which may be different for the different classes, omay have a different net asset value, omay have separate voting rights on matters in which the interests of one class are different from the interests of another class, and ovotes as a class on matters that affect that class alone.
