Classes of Instruction a) If the Service is required to assign a member to any mandatory training, whether during regularly scheduled working hours, or on a day other than his regularly scheduled shift, for a period less than the duration of that member’s regular shift, payment shall be made for the hours normally worked during the scheduled shift.

Classes of Instruction. An employee who is requested to attend a class of instruction away from the shop shall, for the time so spent, be compensated at his regular guarantee hourly rate of pay for his respective classification. Exam ple: For each major part of a full day spent at class of instruction the employee shall receive a full day’s pay based upon eight ( 8 ) hours. For each major part of a half-day spent at class of instruction the employee shall receive one-half day’s pay based upon four ( 4 ) hours.
Classes of Instruction. Time spent on classes of instruction shall not be considered as overtime. Where, however, an off duty member takes such classes any time he incurs shall be compensated for by way of compensating time off calculated at straight time.

By answering yes to the next Attribute question below, the vendor and prospective lower tier participant is providing the certification set out herein in accordance with these instructions. 2. The certification in this clause is a material representation of fact upon which reliance was placed when this transaction was entered into. If it is later determined that the prospective lower tier participant knowingly rendered an erroneous certification in addition to other remedies available to the federal government, the department or agency with which this transaction originated may pursue available remedies, including suspension and / or debarment. 3. A participant may decide the method and frequency by which it determines the eligibility of its principals. Each participant may, but is not required to, check the Nonprocurement List. 8. The knowledge and information of a participant is not required to exceed that which is normally possessed by a prudent person in the ordinary course of business dealings. 9. The Alliance is a collaborative group of Texas school districts that share common concerns around student and data privacy. The Texas K-12 CTO Council is the organization that sponsors the TXSPAand the TXSPA is the Texas affiliate of the national Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC). The SDPC works with other state alliances by helping establish common data privacy agreements unique to the jurisdiction of each state. This Texas agreement was drafted specifically for K-12 education institutions and included broad stakeholder input from Texas school districts, statewide associations such as TASB, TASA, and TASBO, and the Texas Education Agency. The purpose of this agreement is to set standards of both practice and expectations around data privacy such that all parties involved have a common understanding of expectations. This agreement also provides a mechanism (Exhibit E- General Offer of Terms) that would allow an Operator to extend the ability of other Texas school districts to be covered under the terms of the agreement should an Operator sign Exhibit E.   • SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS On date of shipment send original xxxx of lading, air xxxx or express receipt reflecting this Purchase Order number to Buyer’s Traffic Department. Seller will reimburse Buyer for the full cost of returning such over shipment or a minimum charge to $50, whichever is higher. No notification will be given to Seller of any over shipment. Mail original and two duplicate invoices to Buyer’s accounting Department when articles are shipped. STATE SHIPPING POINT ON ALL INVOICES. Each case or parcel and accompanying packing list of contents must show Buyer’s Purchase Order number. Seller shall label all packages according to Buyer’s bar coding requirements. If no packing List accompanies the shipment, Buyers count will be conclusive to Seller.

  • Deadlines for Providing Insurance Documents after Renewal or Upon Request As set forth herein, certain insurance documents must be provided to the OGS Procurement Services contact identified in the Contract Award Notice after renewal or upon request. This requirement means that the Contractor shall provide the applicable insurance document to OGS as soon as possible but in no event later than the following time periods:  For certificates of insurance: 5 business days  For information on self-insurance or self-retention programs: 15 calendar days  For other requested documentation evidencing coverage: 15 calendar days  For additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements: 30 calendar days Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Contractor shall have promptly requested the insurance documents from its broker or insurer and shall have thereafter diligently taken all steps necessary to obtain such documents from its insurer and submit them to OGS, OGS shall extend the time period for a reasonable period under the circumstances, but in no event shall the extension exceed 30 calendar days.
