Notwithstanding (2), the principle to be followed when determining the level of pay for acting Lead Hand is that they will be paid a rate which is higher than the highest paid classification supervised.

Effective January 1, 2009: Labourers and Park Attendants will advance from Step 2 to Step 3 of their pay scale once they have completed an additional 2080 hours (twelve months full-time equivalent) of service subject to satisfactory performance and successful completion of specified courses. Current Park Attendant and Labourer Employees will have their hours calculated to determine the appropriate step placement that will come into effect January 1, 2009. Temporary Employees will have their hours calculated based on time worked between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2008. No Employee will suffer a reduction in pay as a result of this agreement. 2.   • Class Specifications The Human Resources Division shall determine:

The County may return, for full credit, any unused goods received which fail to meet the County’s performance standards.   • Final Certificate, Design Professional’s Certificate of Final Completion The Certificate issued by the Design Professional stating that all work has been completed in accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents. See Section 6,

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD 15.1.1 The Project shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, is issued under the provisions of Article 14, and accordingly the commercial operation date of the Project shall be the date on which such Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate is issued (the “COD”).   • Extensions - Special Circumstances An employee shall be entitled to extend the maternity leave by up to an additional six (6) consecutive weeks' leave without pay where a physician certifies the employee as unable to return to work for medical reasons related to the birth. An employee shall be entitled to extend the parental leave by up to an additional five (5) consecutive weeks' leave without pay where the child is at least six (6) months of age before coming into the employee's care and custody and the child is certified as suffering from a physical, psychological or emotional condition. Provided however, that in no case shall the combined maternity and parental leave exceed fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks following the commencement of the leave.

  • Certificate of Limited Partnership The General Partner has caused the Certificate of Limited Partnership to be filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware as required by the Delaware Act. The General Partner shall use all reasonable efforts to cause to be filed such other certificates or documents that the General Partner determines to be necessary or appropriate for the formation, continuation, qualification and operation of a limited partnership (or a partnership in which the limited partners have limited liability) in the State of Delaware or any other state in which the Partnership may elect to do business or own property. To the extent the General Partner determines such action to be necessary or appropriate, the General Partner shall file amendments to and restatements of the Certificate of Limited Partnership and do all things to maintain the Partnership as a limited partnership (or a partnership or other entity in which the limited partners have limited liability) under the laws of the State of Delaware or of any other state in which the Partnership may elect to do business or own property. Subject to the terms of Section 3.4(a), the General Partner shall not be required, before or after filing, to deliver or mail a copy of the Certificate of Limited Partnership, any qualification document or any amendment thereto to any Limited Partner.

  • Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.

  • Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format.
