Class Sizes. 25.03.01 The class maximums outlined in Article 13.10 shall not apply to a class in which Independent Learning Modules (ILM) are solely used in the delivery of the curriculum to students enrolled on the Day School register or Independent Study register. Such a class shall not exceed 28 students physically present, at any given time.
