Barriers and diversions The Authority shall procure that during the Operation Period, no barriers are erected or placed by any Government Instrumentality on the Bus Terminal except for reasons of Emergency, national security, or law and order.
Justice and Dignity The Parties agree that in certain situations, it may be in the best interest of both Employer and employees that employees be reassigned or removed from all job sites during an investigation of conduct. In cases where an employee cannot be reassigned, the employee shall be considered to be on a leave of absence without loss of pay until the Employer makes a decision relative to imposing discipline.

Measurements and Dimensions Before ordering material or doing work that is dependent upon coordination with building conditions, the Contractor shall verify all dimensions, elevations, grades, and pitch by taking measurements at the building and shall be responsible for the correctness of same. Any discrepancies between the drawings and/or specifications and the existing conditions shall be referred to the Design Professional for additional instructions before any work affected thereby is begun.

Listing Inclusion and Distribution Verizon shall include each CBB Customer’s primary listing in the appropriate alphabetical directory and, for business Customers, in the appropriate classified (Yellow Pages) directory in accordance with the directory configuration, scope and schedules determined by Verizon in its sole discretion, and shall provide initial distribution of such directories to such CBB Customers in the same manner it provides initial distribution of such directories to its own Customers. “

DISCHARGE AND DISCIPLINE CASES 10.01 Whenever the Corporation deems it necessary to censure an employee in writing, in a manner indicating that dismissal or suspension may follow, the Corporation shall within five (5) working days thereafter, give written particulars of such censure to the President of the Union, with a copy to the employee involved.
DISCHARGE AND DISCIPLINE 20.01 No employee shall be disciplined or discharged without just cause.
