Class Information. Within fourteen (14) calendar days after the execution of this Settlement Agreement, Defendants will provide the Claims Administrator with a list, in electronic form, containing the following information for Plaintiff and for each member of the FLSA Class: (1) any required deductions set forth within Defendants’ payroll records (e.g., garnishments, tax liens, child support); (2) any updated mailing information (3) the punch and pay data; and (4) the complete social security number for each member of the Settlement Class. By that same time, Plaintiff’s Counsel will provide the Claims Administrator with any updated contact information for members of the FLSA Class. The Parties stipulate and agree that they will each cooperate and use their best efforts to provide the Claims Administrator any information the Claims Administrator requests in order to facilitate its duties and obligations set forth in this Settlement Agreement.

The Parties agree that Defendant will reasonably cooperate to provide any additional information requested by the Settlement Administrator to Class Counsel that has not previously been provided to Class Counsel.

Class Information. Courses run from Monday to Friday and are scheduled in the morning and/or afternoon depending on location. EC reserves the right to change timetable structure. EC reserves the right to use classrooms in alternative premises of a similar standard.   • Business Information All Business Information shall be owned jointly by the Members as their Ownership Interests are determined pursuant to this Agreement. Both before and after the termination of the Company, all Business Information may be used by either Member for any purpose, whether or not competitive with the Business, without consulting with, or obligation to, the other Member. Except as provided in Sections 13.3 and 13.4, or with the prior written consent of the other Member, each Member shall keep confidential and not disclose to any third party or the public any portion of the Business Information that constitutes Confidential Information.

  • Verizon OSS Information 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8, in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, Verizon grants to CBB a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information.

  • Return of Confidential Information Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, the Receiving Party shall return all copies of the Disclosing Party’s confidential information (with the exception of 1 archival copy for the purpose of compliance with these obligations) or remove same from all media and destroy same.

  • News/Information Release The Contractor agrees that it will not issue any news releases in connection with either the award of this Contract or any subsequent amendment of or effort under this Contract without first obtaining review and written approval of said news releases from the County through the County’s Project Manager.

  • Distribution of Union Information At non-secure facilities, the Union shall be permitted to place and distribute materials at mutually agreed to locations frequented by employees, before and after work, and during breaks and meals periods. At secure facilities, the Union shall be permitted to place informational materials for employees at the work site. The placement will be limited to roll call areas, and in or near officers' dining room. The information shall be placed at a table provided by the Employer and may have a sign of identification. This placement must be done by an employee or a Union staff representative designated by the Union during the employee's non-working hours. Distribution of materials will be done in a non-secure area during non-work hours.
