Common use of Class Grievance Clause in Contracts

Class Grievance. A class grievance is a grievance within the definition of this Article which affects or has an impact on more than one employee in the same manner. Such grievance may be filed by any one member if the class or the PHEA provided that the grievance identifies descriptively the class and the employees affected.
