Class A. In consideration of the Distributor's services as distributor for the Class A Shares of a Fund, each Fund may pay to the Distributor the Distribution Fee as set forth in Schedule II to this Agreement that is payable pursuant to the Fund's Distribution Plan.
Class A. X-1 IO-1, Class A-X-1 IO-2 and Class A-X-2 IO Components. Offered Certificates..................................... All Classes of Certificates other than the Private Certificates. Physical Certificates.................................... Class A-R Certificates and the Private Certificates. Planned Principal Classes................................ None. Class A. Vehicles designed to carry standing passengers; a vehicle of this class has seats and may have provision for standing passengers.

Class A. Class A" Members shall be all the Site Owners with the exception of Declarant (as long as the "Class B" Membership shall exist, and thereafter, Declarant shall be a "Class A" Member to the extent it would otherwise qualify). Each "Class A" Member is entitled to one (1) vote for his Unit or residential parcel.
Class A. A teacher in Class A may request a release from his or her extra- curricular assignment and the School District shall grant the request if a suitable and qualified replacement is available. If the School District determines a suitable and qualified replacement is not readily available, the School District shall grant to the teacher a hearing at which time the teacher shall be entitled to present his or her reasons for requesting a release. The hearing shall take place within twenty-five (25) calendar days after receiving the teacher's written request for release. The report and decision of the hearing shall be submitted in writing to the teacher within ten (10) calendar days of the close of the hearing.
Class A. The Class A Member shall be all Lot owners, with the exception of Declarant. Class A Members shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each Lot owned (except in the case where more than one Lot is combined for a residence, in which case there shall be only one (1) vote per combined Lot). When more than one person or entity owns an interest in any Lot, all such persons or entities shall be members. The vote for such Lot shall be exercised as the owners shall determine, but in no event shall more than one vote be cast with respect to any Lot.
Class A. Shall consist of journeymen who have at least five (5) years of pension credit in the Local Union 393 Defined Benefit Pension Plan. Said pension credit must have been earned while working under the Local 393 Mas- ter Labor Agreement. A journeyman is a person who has worked five or more years on work described in Exhibit A of this Agreement. Credits earned under a reciprocity agree- ment for work on commercial/industrial, but not residential, work may be counted for up to 2 ½ years toward the five
Class A. Class A shall consist of plumbers and pipe fitters who have been employed by an Individual Employer or Individual Employers covered by this Agreement, and shall have been credited with at least one thousand (1,000) hours in the U.A. Local 467 Pension Trust Fund for each year during the two (2) years next preceding their registration in the territory covered by this Agreement, or who have been sent out of the territory covered by this Agreement as provided in Paragraph 34 of this Article.
