Claims Made Coverage. If any part of the Required Insurance is written on a claims made basis, any policy retroactive date shall precede the effective date of this Master Agreement. Contractor understands and agrees it shall maintain such coverage for a period of not less than three (3) years following Master Agreement expiration, termination or cancellation.
