Claims by Employees. There is no liability or claim against the Company from any employee or former employee outstanding or anticipated.
Claims by Employees. No past or present Employee (or any employee of a predecessor in business) has any claim or right of action against the Company including (but not limited to) any claim:

In claims by an employee of the Progressive Contractor, a Subcontractor, anyone directly or indirectly employed by them, or anyone for whose acts they may be liable, the indemnification obligation under this Section 27.1 (Indemnifications by Progressive Contractor) shall not be limited by any limitation on the amount or type of damages, compensation, or benefits payable by or for the Progressive Contractor or a Subcontractor under workers’ compensation, disability benefit, or other employee benefits laws.
Claims by Employees. The O&M Contractor’s indemnification obligation under Part 2, Section 24.2 in relation to Losses and/or Claims against an Indemnified Party by an employee of the O&M Contractor, a Subcontractor, anyone directly or indirectly employed by them or anyone for whose acts they may be liable, shall not be limited by any limitation on the amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for the O&M Contractor or a Subcontractor under workers’ compensation, disability benefit or other employee benefits laws.
Claims by Employees. 18.11.1 There are no ongoing claims against the Company by any past or present director, officer, worker, consultant or employee of the Company or any predecessor in business and the Sellers are not aware of any pending claims by any past or present director, officer, worker, consultant or employee of the Company including:
