Claim. In the event a dispute arises over the benefits under this executive Plan and benefits are not paid to the Executive (or to the Executive’s beneficiary[ies], if applicable) and such claimants feel they are entitled to receive such benefits, then a written claim must be made to the Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator named above in accordance with the following procedures:
