If your claim has been repudiated or the amount disputed, you have 90 days from the date of the decision to challenge the Insurer’s decision on a claim by writing to us or the Insurer with reasons. If the Insurer’s decision remains unchanged, and you want to start a legal process, you have an additional 180 days to do so, failing which you will forfeit your claim.
