Claim Form Review and Processing. (a) The Settlement Administrator shall obtain from Filters Fast information necessary to carry out the procedure described in the Settlement Agreement and this Settlement Administration Protocol to determine whether or not submitted claims are valid.

Claim Form Review and Processing. (a) The Settlement Administrator shall begin the Claims process so that it is completed prior to the close of the Claim Period. Settlement Administrator shall begin accepting Claim Forms as they are submitted by Class Members for processing.

  • Personnel File Review a. A unit member has the right upon his/her own request to review the contents of his/her personnel file. The review will be conducted in the presence of the administrator, or his/her designee, responsible for the safekeeping of such file. The employee may have a committee person assist in said review. Such review shall be conducted at a mutually agreeable time. A copy of requested material will be provided.

In such instance, the conflicted indemnified parties shall have a right to retain one separate counsel, chosen by the Holders representing a majority of the Registrable Securities included in the registration if such Holders are indemnified parties, at the expense of the indemnifying party.
