Within 10 days of signing this Agreement, Contractor shall notify Comptroller in writing of all Confidential Information contained in this Agreement that it claims may be exempt from public disclosure under FOIA. In making a request for protection of materials Contractor must specifically identify particular provisions, documents or parts of documents [sentences, paragraphs, pages, data compilations, or sections] that Contractor believes are exempt from disclosure under the FOIA by marking each as “CONFIDENTIAL” and provide an explanation and rationale sufficient to justify each exemption claimed under FOIA. The rationale and explanation must be stated in terms of the prospective harm that would result to the competitive position of Contractor if the identified material were to be released and reasons why the materials are legally exempt from release pursuant to the FOIA.

  • Request for Exemption Grantee may request written approval from Grantor for an exemption from Paragraph 21.2. Grantee acknowledges that Grantor is under no obligation to provide such exemption and that Grantor may, if an exemption is granted, grant such exemption subject to such additional terms and conditions as Grantor may require.

  • Credit for Experience A. Newly employed teachers will receive the equivalent year's credit for each year of experience.   • Request for Extension Upon request, the Department may extend the time allowed for both a response to the Letter of Concern and a Corrective Action Plan depending upon the nature of the deficiency. The Provider shall request an extension of time in writing from the Department’s designated representative. The written request shall contain a justification and proposed extension period.

  • Criteria for Evaluation Criteria for employee performance review shall be made available to the employee before the start of the evaluation period and shall remain unchanged during the evaluation period unless the employee is made aware of the changes.
