Common use of Civil Penalty Clause in Contracts

Civil Penalty. 47. In settlement of EPA’s claims for civil penalties for the violations alleged in this Consent Agreement, Respondent consents to the assessment of a civil penalty in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000), which Respondent shall be liable to pay in accordance with the terms set forth below.

Civil Penalty. 4760. In settlement of EPA’s claims for civil penalties for the violations alleged in this Consent Agreement, Respondent consents Respondents consent to the assessment of a civil penalty in the amount of Twenty Two-Hundred and Ten Thousand Dollars dollars ($20,000210,000), which Respondent Respondents shall be jointly and severally liable to pay in accordance with the terms set forth below.

In settlement of EPA’s claims for civil penalties assessable for the violations alleged in this Consent Agreementthe Amended Complaint, Respondent consents to the assessment of a civil penalty in the amount of Twenty One Thousand Dollars ($20,000), 1,000.00) which Respondent shall be liable to pay in accordance with the terms set forth below.

In settlement of EPA’s claims for civil penalties for the violations alleged in this Consent Agreement, Respondent consents to the assessment of a civil penalty in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY-SEVEN dollars ($20,000147,497), which Respondent shall be liable to pay in accordance with the terms set forth below.
