Common use of Civil Penalty Clause in Contracts

Civil Penalty. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, Leatt shall issue two (2) separate checks for the Civil Penalty payment to (a) “OEHHA” in the amount of $375.00; and to (b) “Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx in Trust for XxXxx” in the amount of $125.00. The Civil Penalty payment(s) shall be delivered to the addresses identified in § 3.2, below.

Civil Penalty. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, Leatt Most Wanted shall issue two (2) separate checks for the Civil Penalty payment to (a) “OEHHA” in the amount of $375.00; and to (b) “Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx in Trust for XxXxxBalabbo” in the amount of $125.00.
