Civil Design. 9 The A/E shall perform civil design for new and existing 10 roads as required, in conformance to County Standards.
Civil Design. Civil Design covers the layout of the proposed facilities and associated outside piping, paving, grading and drainage. Contract drawings and specifications for the civil work shall be prepared;

Civil Design. R&E has performed alternatives analysis and conceptual design under a previous scope of work. The preferred alternative includes a 10-ft. shared use path on the south side of Xxxxxxx Xx. R&E will develop this design concept to final design. Intersection design at Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xx. and Xxxxxxx and Line Rd. is specifically excluded from this scope of work except where noted.
Civil Design. The Engineer will perform the design and plan production in accordance with the approved schedule. The Design will include the Preliminary and the Final Design for existing bridges to be replaced on Orberrender Road at Fairchilds. Plans will be submitted to FORT BEND COUNTY for review and approval at 30%, 95% and 100% design stages. The Design will include the following;

Civil Design. If the Owner approves the Development Plan Consent Plans the Owner must prepare integrated civil and public infrastructure designs for each of the Building Lots to accommodate the construction contemplated by the Approved Plans. The Civil Design must be prepared at the cost of the Owner (subject to clause 6.5) after consultation with the Builder. The Civil Design must be based on the street design concept plan referred to in Annexure 3 and must include the infrastructure referred to in Annexure 3. The Owner and the Builder acknowledge that the process by which the Civil Design will be developed will involve joint workshops/design sessions between the Owner and the Builder and their respective designers/consultants. Each Party will bear its own costs and the costs of its consultants in respect of the preparation of the Civil Design. The Owner and the Builder intend that the Civil Design will be resolved by the Owner within two months of the date of approval by the Owner of the Approved Plans.
