Civil Design. If the Owner approves the Development Plan Consent Plans the Owner must prepare integrated civil and public infrastructure designs for each of the Building Lots to accommodate the construction contemplated by the Approved Plans. The Civil Design must be prepared at the cost of the Owner (subject to clause 6.5) after consultation with the Builder. The Civil Design must be based on the street design concept plan referred to in Annexure 3 and must include the infrastructure referred to in Annexure 3. The Owner and the Builder acknowledge that the process by which the Civil Design will be developed will involve joint workshops/design sessions between the Owner and the Builder and their respective designers/consultants. Each Party will bear its own costs and the costs of its consultants in respect of the preparation of the Civil Design. The Owner and the Builder intend that the Civil Design will be resolved by the Owner within two months of the date of approval by the Owner of the Approved Plans.
