Common use of City’s Remedies Clause in Contracts

City’s Remedies. In the event that Developer is in default under this Agreement, and Developer thereafter fails to cure any such default within the time period described above, then, in that event, in addition to all other legal and equitable remedies which City may have, City may terminate this Agreement by written notice delivered to Developer.

City’s Remedies. In the event that the Developer is in default under this Agreement, and the Developer thereafter fails to cure any such default within the time period described in Section 10.1 above, then, in that event, in addition to all other legal and equitable remedies which the City may have, the City may terminate this Agreement by written notice delivered to the Developer.

City’s Remedies. In the event that the Developer is in default under this Agreement, and the Developer thereafter fails to cure any such default within the time period described in Section 8.1 above, then, in that event, in addition to all other legal and equitable remedies which the City may have, the City may terminate this Agreement by written notice delivered to the Developer.

City’s Remedies. In Subject to the provisions of Section 8.4, in the event that Developer is in default under this Agreement, and Developer thereafter fails to cure any such default within the time period described abovein Section 8.1, then, in that event, in addition to all other legal and equitable remedies which City may have, City may terminate this Agreement by written notice delivered to Developer.

City’s Remedies. In Subject to the provisions of Section 5.4, in the event that Developer is in default under this Agreement, and Developer thereafter fails to cure any such default within the time period described abovein Section 5.1, then, in that event, in addition to all other legal and equitable remedies which City may have, City may terminate this Agreement by written notice delivered to Developer.

City’s Remedies. In the event that the Developer is in default under this Agreement, and the Developer thereafter fails to cure any such default within the time period described in Section 6.1 above, then, in that event, in addition to all other legal and equitable remedies which the City may have, the City may terminate this Agreement by written notice delivered to the Developer.

City’s Remedies. In the event that Developer is in default under this Agreement, and Developer thereafter fails to cure any such default within the time period described above, in Section 14.1 of this Agreement then, in that event, in addition to all other legal and equitable remedies which City may have, City may terminate this Agreement by written notice delivered to DeveloperDeveloper effective upon the date specified on such notice.

City’s Remedies. In the event that the Developer is in default under this Agreement, and the Developer thereafter fails to cure any such default within the time period described in Section 5.1 above, then, in that event, in addition to all other legal and equitable remedies which the City may have, the City may terminate this Agreement by written notice delivered to the Developer.
