City Technical Change Requests. During the term of this Agreement, City shall have the right to request changes to the work within the general scope of work contemplated by this Agreement and consistent with Section 4.1, Scope of Work to be Performed, of this Agreement. A “change,” as that term is used in this Section means technical or other adjustments made within the Scope of Work to be Performed, and consistent with Section 4.1 of this Agreement, which do not extend the term of the Agreement or increase the authorized amount set forth in Section 6.1 of this Agreement. City shall make a formal written request, per the procedure outlined, with respect to each change it desires to make.

  • Change Requests 4.1.1. Either party can request changes to the Service.

  • Change Request Either Landlord or Tenant may request Changes after Landlord approves the Approved Plans by notifying the other party thereof in writing in substantially the same form as the AIA standard change order form (a “Change Request”), which Change Request shall detail the nature and extent of any requested Changes, including (a) the Change, (b) the party required to perform the Change and (c) any modification of the Approved Plans and the Schedule, as applicable, necessitated by the Change. If the nature of a Change requires revisions to the Approved Plans, then the requesting party shall be solely responsible for the cost and expense of such revisions and any increases in the cost of the Tenant Improvements as a result of such Change. Change Requests shall be signed by the requesting party’s Authorized Representative.

  • Technical Consultations 1. A Party may initiate technical consultations with another Party through the respective contact points with the aim of resolving any matter arising under this Chapter.

  • Change Request Procedures 4.1. Either party can request changes to the Service in accordance with the change request form attached to the Order Form or provided by SAP from time to time (“Change Request”).

  • Notice of Technological Change (a) For the purpose of technological change, the Employer agrees to provide the Union with as much notice as possible, but in any event not less than sixty (60) days notice of a technological change.

  • No Cost Change Request The Authorized User reserves the right to reasonably amend a Fixed-Price Deliverable, provided the amendment does not materially change the Scope of the Deliverable, without a cost increase. Although the Authorized User has endeavored to identify many tasks associated with a Fixed-Price Deliverable (Tasks), additional Tasks which can reasonably be anticipated to carry out the Deliverable shall be within the scope of the Deliverable, and shall not result in a cost increase. An Authorized User shall use Appendix F, Attachment 4, No Cost Change Request Template to reflect such modifications. Written approval of the No-Cost Change Request is required from both the Authorized User and the Contractor.

  • CHANGE REQUEST PROCEDURE (a) Any Change Request of Customer or SAP must be in writing and in the format as provided by SAP.

  • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.

  • Notice for Technological Change This subclause sets out the notice provisions to be applied to terminations by the employer for reasons arising from "technology" in accordance subparagraph (1) of paragraph (a) of subclause (i)
