The Contractor will review any such material upon which the Contractor intends to rely and take reasonable steps to determine if that information is complete or accurate. The Contractor will assume all risks that the information is complete and accurate and the Contractor will advise the City in writing if in the Contractor's judgment the information is deficient or unreliable and undertake such new surveys and investigations as are necessary.
