City Reports. Within sixty (60) days of the effective date of this Agreement, City shall provide the Department with a list of zip code areas that are within its jurisdiction for purposes of imposing the Local Tax. City shall review all reports and reconciliations provided to it by the Department and shall promptly notify the Department of any perceived errors or omissions in such reports.

Quantities should be broken down by SFD, MFD, MXD, 2579 Commercial, and City Service Collection Services. The quarterly report must include 2582 a summary total of all instances of overweight Collection Vehicles. City Reports. Each month the City shall provide the Contractor the address for each new Residential Customer so that Contractor can deliver Recycling Receptacle to Customer by next Collection day. The City shall also notify the Contractor if there is a decrease in Residential Customers due to the termination of residential use.

  • Diversity Report The Contractor shall report to each Customer, spend with certified and other minority business enterprises. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period, Commodities provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business on behalf of each purchasing agency ordering under the terms of this Contract.

  • COPIES OF REGULATORY REPORTS AND FILINGS Upon reasonable request, Competitive Supplier shall provide to the Town a copy of each public periodic or incident-related report or record relating to this ESA which it files with any Massachusetts or federal agency regulating rates, service, compliance with environmental laws, or compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements, unless the Competitive Supplier is required by law or regulation to keep such reports confidential. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.

  • Security Reports and Audits 7.1 Customer acknowledges that MailChimp is regularly audited against SSAE 16 and PCI standards by independent third party auditors and internal auditors, respectively. Upon request, MailChimp shall supply (on a confidential basis) a summary copy of its audit report(s) ("Report") to Customer, so that Customer can verify MailChimp's compliance with the audit standards against which it has been assessed, and this DPA.
